Adjustable support clamp 30 MM
Produced in galvanised steel 2.0 mm thick, this clamp is for connections between the ridge/corner and the roofing structure. The structure formed by the clamp + batten assembly will be responsible for the reaction of the roof ridges and corners to gravity and to the wind. Thanks to the varied borings and the large length of the support pincers (210 mm), the part is able to cope with the height of any construction solution. Its 30x30 mm base has been designed to thoroughly and effectively attach a support batten of the same section. It has holes on each side of the base for clamping the batten. It also has a 45 mm thread variation for final level adjustments.

SPECIAL TILE CLAMP
Produced in stainless steel, 1.5 mm thick and with a mechanically effective clamping principle. This piece was designed to meet the most peculiar needs of mechanical fixing of roofs. Usually used when it is not possible to fasten ceramic parts directly with screws. When the supports below the holes of the parts are not suitable for fixing, this clamp enables the parts to be fixed at a support point some distance from the fixation application point.

Application

The clamp should be tightened on the ceramic part through use of a mallet. Later the piece is applied in the place and the clamp goes to the point of fixation resorting to its stainless steel cord.
Application examples: 
Fixation of spout and eave over tiles to malleable substrates (bituminous sub-tile substrates) or to stone cornices (to avoid drilling of the cornice).
Fixing of Lusa half-tiles and other hedge parts. | Fixing cut parts in the roof ridges, corners and draining valleys.

FIXATION CLAMP FOR LUSA RIDGE
Resistant to atmospheric influences, the fixation clamp for the Lusa ridge has high resistance to form and function with a long life. The fixing clamp of the Lusa ridge is applicable in roof ridges and corners. Designed specifically for UMBELINO MONTEIRO ridge tilings. The rods of the fastening clamp of the Lusa ridge are easily foldable, allowing an easy adaptation to the "nose of the ridge tile". In addition, the holes allow quick and effective fixing on the batten.

Application

The clamp should be screwed onto the batten ridge, perforating the membrane in the upper part. It is placed in the overlapping measure over the previous ridge. Then the next ridge tile is laid. Through flexible “shafts” that bend, the clamp directly attaches to the ridge tile in the higher area and on the protrusion of the ceramic part usually known as the “nose of the ridge tile”.

STEEL CLAMP AISI 304 FOR TRADITIONAL CANUDO CLAY TILE 3 MM
Produced in stainless steel with 3.0 mm thickness, this clamp aims to correctly fix all the sloping tiles, which are UM Canudo clay tiles. Its shape allows an ideal overlap of 10 cm between tiles. It guarantees the reaction to the gravitational and wind sliding of the straw canopies -traditional Canudo clay tiles- eliminating any other bonding element (masses, foams, etc.). It guarantees greater entrance and circulation of air in the roof. Due to its characteristics it is resistant to all the elements, ensuring effective fixings throughout the useful life of the roof, without rusting or corroding.

EAVE FIXING CLAMP
The fixation clamp for the eave works along with the screw to ensure the correct fixing of the roof tiles on the eave. Whether it is the eaves composed of the tile itself or by special pieces (spouts and eyelash covers), the clamp allows you to secure the pieces effectively ensuring freedom of movement in any direction. Effective to ensure that eave parts / eaves are not "plucked" over time and by the action of wind.
Produced in lacquered zinc, the part bends easily according to the height of the ceramic part.

Application

Laying diagram: The fixation part is placed on one side and approximately halfway between the spout/eave tile, depending on how far the part overhangs. It is usually fixed at the same point of the PVC protection mesh using the appropriate screw.
